Digital humanities - Understanding and Decrypting the Digital Revolution
Digital is at the heart of organisational strategies, but it is also a disruptive factor for all businesses. By equipping participants with a digital culture, this training aims to help them to decrypt the new digital paradigm and approach the digital revolution from an economic, technical and sociological standpoint. They will therefore be able to better understand the change of civilization in both their professional activities and their private life.
Training on digital transformation is widespread, but too often lacks a focus on human beings and their comprehension of what is at stake. Technologies are the levers of digital transformation, but new uses are at the heart of it. The human being must therefore be at the centre of concerns, hence the essential notions of UX and design thinking, among others.
Psychology, empathy and understanding of consumers/users are the key to success for digital transformation.
