MiFID II Advisory status – dependent, independent or portfolio management – then new inducements regime
This module is at the core of the new MiFID II framework. It will highlight the new advisory proposals rules and explain how they differ from MiFID I advisory proposals, helping you to develop appropriate strategies. The session will focus mainly on the new obligations and duties of information under the different models. It will also look at how robot advice could influence the provision of MiFID II investment services.
