After the training, the participant shall be able to:

  • address the new Banking CCT obligation in relation with development issues and convert it into a meaningful process between employees and their managers

  • design an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that contributes to the employees employability and to the evolution of the needs of competencies within the banking sector as well as on the labour market


  • Employability and Training : a shared responsibility in a fast evolving business sector with major changes

  • Contribution of the IDP in the cycle of employee experience

  • Identify and assess competencies (hard skills and soft skills)

  • Set up development objectives

  • Understand learning and development mecanisms and use them appropriately

  • Convert needs into an action plan

  • Design an IDP – tool and business cases

  • Implement and follow up on employees development plans

  • Links with the Bank Annual Training Plan
