This training course is part of a more comprehensive programme called Manager in Mediative Communication.

This programme consists of 11 independent modules that can be taken individually as desired, but it can also be completed as a single course.


Objectives

This module develops participants’ communication skills through a mediation-oriented approach. It focuses on understanding and addressing the underlying interests that drive human interactions, particularly in situations of disagreement or conflict.

Participants learn practical techniques that can be applied immediately in negotiations, meetings, client interactions, employee discussions, team management situations, and everyday professional communication.

Upon completion of this module, participants will be able to:

  • Use active listening and constructive questioning techniques
