Description

Introduction

Artificial intelligence has transformed content creation on social media: content can now be produced faster and in greater quantities. But this convenience comes with a downside: polished, generic and interchangeable posts that audiences increasingly overlook. At a time when everyone is using the same tools, it is precisely a brand’s authenticity that makes the difference.

This training will teach you how to make AI a true co-pilot: using it to save time when creating content, adapting it to different formats, and managing your social media channels, without ever losing your voice, values or the human relationship with your community. Through practical workshops conducted using your own accounts, you will leave with a concrete methodology, an “authenticity filter” and ready-to-use tools.

Objectives

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the risks of standardisation associated with AI and apply an “authenticity filter” to every piece of content published.
  • Optimise their presence on each social media platform (profiles, bios, brand identity) using AI.
  • Define and articulate their brand voice so that it is maintained even when AI is used to write content.
  • Develop an editorial style guide and an AI-assisted content calendar.
  • Write effective and reusable prompts using a structured methodology.
  • Adapt a single idea into several formats suited to each platform.
  • Engage with their community (comments, messages and conflict situations) using AI while preserving a human relationship.
  • Monitor their online reputation and manage a crisis situation, taking into account the risks specific to AI.
  • Distinguish between tasks that can be automated and those that should remain human, and implement an effective workflow.
Programme
1. Understanding the Challenge: AI, Social Media and Authenticity
  • The “generic content” trap: authenticity as a competitive advantage.
  • AI as a co-pilot, not the pilot: the authenticity filter (True? You? Useful?).
2. Creating and Optimising Your Presence with AI
  • Audit and optimise your profiles and bios.
  • Build and maintain your brand identity across each social media platform.
3. Creating Content While Maintaining Your Voice
  • Train AI to reflect your brand voice.
  • Editorial style guide, content pillars and AI-assisted content calendar.
  • Writing effective prompts using the C.O.T.E. method.
  • Adapt one idea into several formats; AI-generated visuals and videos.
  • Safeguards: hallucinations, copyright and ethics.
4. Engaging Your Community with AI
  • Responding to comments and messages.
  • Managing negative reviews and “haters”.
  • What should never be automated.
5. Online Reputation and Crisis Management in the Age of AI
  • Monitor your reputation (media monitoring / social listening).
  • Five-step crisis management protocol.
  • AI-specific risks: deepfakes, fake reviews and over-automation.
6. Automating Intelligently
  • “Automate / Humanise” matrix.
  • Tools and workflow implementation.
  • 30-day action plan.

Practical workshops will be incorporated throughout the training day.

Target audience
