Managing a Team - Advanced Practice Through Co-Development

Personal Development

Description

Introduction

Managing a team today requires much more than organising work and monitoring results. In a constantly changing environment, with employees who have higher expectations and situations that can require difficult decisions, managers must continually adapt their approach.

They need to combine two complementary dimensions: the role of the manager, who structures, sets a framework and steers activities, and the role of the leader, who inspires, brings people together and gives meaning to their work.

This course provides space for reflection, discussion and experimentation to help each participant better understand their practices, broaden their approaches and adopt ways of working suited to the challenges they face in the workplace.

Through peer group co-development, reflective practice and collective intelligence, participants work on real situations from their day-to-day experience. They leave with practical tools they can use immediately to strengthen their impact as managers, engage their teams and support sustained collective effectiveness.

This next-generation leadership programme prepares managers not only to manage, but above all to inspire and drive transformation.

The programme is built around three complementary components that ensure learning is personalised, collaborative and firmly grounded in practice:

  • Working with peers through co-development and discussion

  • Individual mentoring and coaching

  • Change management training

Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Adopt a leadership approach suited to situations of change

  • Support and engage their team in uncertain environments

  • Identify their personal and collective resources for action through a personality and values questionnaire

  • Use the co-development methodology to address management challenges

  • Strengthen cooperation with peers and develop their network of leaders
