Objectives
The objective of this training module is to provide participants with an understanding of the specifics of valuation in private equity. This module, which is taught in the form of a case study, applies the theory taught in the module "Private Equity - Specifics of Valuation (Theory)".

Target audience

This training is aimed at heads of AIFMs, valuation conducting officers, risk management conducting officers, depository senior management, CFOs, CEOs, independent board members of alternative investment funds and their general partners, financial managers.

Course Material

Please note that for environmental reasons no paper version of the training material will be provided for your training. The course material can be downloaded free of charge via your portal before the start of the course (download the Client Portal User’s Guide here). You will be able to view it on the screen of your mobile device or print it if necessary. Certificate
