This comprehensive course explores how organisations analyse their environments, define strategic positioning, and design pathways for sustainable growth.
The course equips participants with analytical and conceptual tools to understand and shape strategic decisions in complex, dynamic markets. It covers the definitions, levels, and processes of strategy, providing a strong theoretical foundation for strategic thinking and organisational decision-making. Participants will examine macroenvironmental, ecosystem, and industry-level dynamics that influence competitive contexts, and learn to apply frameworks such as SWOT, TOWS, and the resource-based view to integrate internal and external perspectives.
