Mastering Modern Management is part of our International MBA and can be taken independently.

Participants will gain insights into key management functions, such as planning, organising, leading and controlling, while developing an understanding of self, others, and the political dynamics within organizations. The course introduces innovative tools and agile methodologies applied to daily work, and examines how management roles and competencies influence organizational effectiveness across different cultural contexts.
