Introduction
In an increasingly regulated investment fund industry, compliance extends beyond meeting legal requirements to supporting sound governance, effective risk management and sustainable business practices. By fostering transparency, accountability and investor confidence, the compliance function has become an essential component of a resilient and well-functioning financial ecosystem.
Objectives
This certification course develops the fundamental skills in relation to compliance in the field of investment vehicles and addresses the concepts of financial and operational risk management as well as the monitoring of the investment policies and restrictions.

Target audience
Compliance professionals, internal control and risk management specialists, and employees of management companies, fund administrators, depositary banks or other investment fund industry participants seeking to develop or validate their expertise in investment fund compliance and regulatory oversight.

Exam and Certification
Examination: Each of the modules comprising this programme may be assessed through an examination.
Certification: To obtain the certificate, candidates must successfully pass all examinations associated with the listed modules and submit a formal request to Customer Service (customer@houseoftraining.lu). Upon receipt and verification, the House of Training will issue the certificate.
