Objectives

After the training the participant shall be able to:

  • have an effective methodology for conducting recruitment interviews
  • better analyse and understand a candidate’s behaviour

In order to practice in small groups, the participants have to take their CV to the training.

  • How to start the recruitment process 

    • Identify the needs 

    • Define the job description to write the right job advertisement 

    • Search for the rights channels (digital or paper)

  • Preparation of the interview 

    • First check of the CVs

    • Prepare the face to face or digital interview

    • Legislation of non-discrimination

    • Questioning 

    • Structure of the interview with the creation of a form

    • To pay attention in physical and digital interviews : prejudices, subjectivity, different generations

  • Contact with the applicant 

    • E-Mail

    • Over the phone

    • Organization of the digital interview

  • Structure of the interview – practice

    • Welcome the candidate – Face to face or digital 

    • Present the company and the job in an attractive way 

    • Deep questions about experiences and school background 

    • Active listening

    • Non-verbal language

    • Tests and personality check with DISC 

    • Check the motivation of the candidate

    • Take références

    • Close the interview

  • Take decision

  • Present the contract offer

  • Integration and follow-up of the new employee

  • Negative Answers to the other applicants.

Target audience

 Recruitment officers or local managers who are conducting recruitment interviews.


Certificate

At the end of the training, the participants will receive a certificate of participation delivered by the House of Training.
