- better analyse and understand a candidate’s behaviour
In order to practice in small groups, the participants have to take their CV to the training.

Recruitment officers or local managers who are conducting recruitment interviews.
Certificate
At the end of the training, the participants will receive a certificate of participation delivered by the House of Training.
