Pedagogical method
Each session includes recaps, quizzes, practical applications, and outlooks for subsequent sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience of Lean Six Sigma methodologies on a real tea production line.

Certificate
Participants will have access to a training certificate delivered by the House of Training and the CNFPC through their learning portal.
Certification is granted upon active participation in all training sessions. No examination is required.
