The year 2020 was marked by a significant number of cases both at EU and Luxembourg levels regarding VAT matters of primary importance (e.g. exemption on negotiation services and deduction rules). Likewise, 2021 should also be eventful in terms of VAT changes with Brexit and the upcoming changes regarding certain cross-border supplies.
This training aims at presenting the main VAT updates and news in 2021 to anticipate the related potential VAT opererational impacts and obligations.

The lecturer is an VAT Director in a large luxembourgish tax advisory firm who has 8 years of experience in indirect tax in Luxembourg.
