Operations Management is part of our International MBA and can be taken independently. 

This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of operations management principles and strategies essential for effective business operations.

Participants will explore key topics including process design and measurement, quality management, forecasting, inventory management, service capacity, business process improvement, supply chain management, and risk analysis. The course emphasizes practical application through case studies and team-based projects, enabling participants to integrate theory with real-world operational challenges.
