Cybersecurity - Regulatory Framework

The course is presented in cooperation with the ABBL Digital Banking and FinTech Innovation Cluster.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to understand the cyber security regulatory framework and develop a knowledge of the Financial Stability Board report on Cyber security and understand TIBER-EU framework, NIS Directive and EU Cyber Security Act

• Build a necessary pool of knowledge about cybersecurity regulatory framework
• Deep dive in CSSF Circulars related information security and EBA Guidelines on ICT and Security Risk Management 
• FSB report on cybersecurity and TIBER-EU
• Luxembourg transposition of EU NIS Directive
• EU Cybersecurity Act
