Driving Organizational Change is part of our International MBA and can be taken independently. 

This course is designed to equip participants with practical skills and strategies to navigate complex organizational change initiatives.

In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, the ability to lead and manage change effectively is critical for organizational success.
