Technology Driven Strategy is a flagship course of the International MBA and can be taken as a stand-alone module.
In today’s digital era, technology does more than enable business — it fundamentally reshapes strategy. Yet many organizations struggle to leverage technology in a meaningful and strategic way.
This course offers a powerful combination of academic excellence, practical insights, and personal reflection. Participants benefit from the same high standards, faculty expertise, and learning experience as MBA students, while focusing on one of the most critical skills in today’s business world: building agile, technology-informed strategies that drive innovation and performance.
Objectives
Participants will :
Understand how technology changes business strategy, not just how it supports it.

- Developing foresight to anticipate technological trends and assess their implications for strategy, governance, and operating models,

- Applying agile, technology-informed strategy development in practice.
Through case studies, group exercises, and industry simulations, participants gain hands-on experience in designing strategies that are informed by, delivered through, and adaptive to technology.
