Developing a Leader Mindset is a flagship course of the International MBA and can be taken as a stand-alone module.
This course offers a powerful combination of academic excellence, practical insights and personal reflection. Participants benefit from the same high standards, faculty expertise and learning experience as MBA students, while focusing on one of the most critical skills for today’s leaders: mindset.
Objectives
Participants will :
- Discover what truly defines inspirational leadership and why people choose to follow certain leaders
- Strengthen their leadership presence and personal impact
- Develop a growth mindset and learn how to use feedback and coaching to accelerate development

Programme
Developing a Leader Mindset is designed to help participants evolve from strong individual contributors into confident, credible and inspirational leaders.
The course focuses on the human side of leadership — how to influence without relying on authority, how to create engagement and followership, and how to lead with authenticity in complex and uncertain environments.
A central element of the course is a reflective journey that enables participants to clearly articulate the leader they aspire to be — and to translate this vision into concrete leadership behaviours.
